Each COO KPI is linked only to the team's own V-labelled shared KPIs (e.g. V2 — LCCA, V3 — HRA) exactly as written in the team sheets — nothing inferred is added. AIT's progress sheet is unlabelled, so its Literacy KPI maps to V4 and WAU to V5. The BPE contribution signal = average attainment of 2026 target across the contributing measured KPIs; it is not the Finance actual (V1/V2/V3 come from FPA/Finance).
